Excellent lecture series!
I’m really glad I was able to locate this, as the Great Courses no longer offers it. I actually emailed both them and the professor, Seth Shostak, but they said the had no plans to offer an updated version any time soon. Its too bad. I can’t help thinking that there has been a lot advancement in this field and I’d be very interested in any new discoveries that have been made.
