Review

“I found each chapter in this book to flow well and easy to grasp; the authors have turned a complex and intense subject based on good relationships and communications into a manageable and down-to-earth style of leadership which needs to provide motivation and initiative throughout any successful organization.”
– Julian Zarba, Malta Tourism Society, Malta, Europe
