Inspired by the aromas, flavors, and theatre of food prepared on the roadside, My Street Food Kitchen brings a slice of the street food action into your home.
Wisconsin native and renowned food writer, Jennifer Joyce presents a selection of street food recipes from her travels around the globe–from Mexico & South America, to the Middle East, China, Taiwan, India, Japan, Korea and the USA.
From fiery tacos and icy ceviche, to dirty burgers, chai and roti, the 150 recipes are adapted for the home cook to make easy to prepare dishes for relaxed weekday eating, or for drawing together in to themed feasts, as well as offering many lighter and healthier slants on traditional treats.
